Elevate, New Light, Tree of Life 

 Hey! I don’t know how many of you guys are aware of Shincheonji in Houston, TX and I don’t know if this would affect you guys. 

But if you are on any nearby student campuses by the Houston area and a group calling themselves Elevate is on the campus. 

Please please go away as this is Shincheonji in another name. At first I wasn’t sure as they are now using new tactics. 

The first sign was the same Bible, then the two recruiters both said how they left their old church but never said the name of their new church. 

When I mentioned Shincheonji, they just said “interesting”. Then when I asked where do you guys meet, one girl started laughing nervously and stated vaguely “everywhere on campus”.

And they seem to be against using the King James Version or New Kings, the Bible I used since I grew up Baptist. 

And they have the same methodological approach and none of them seem to be from Texas at all. 

And the house where they held Bible Studies is still pretty active everytime I pass. 

So they are still recruiting in person in the United States despite COVID-19. Other names New Light and Tree of Life. 

They are very, very deceptive. 

So anyone in the Houston area, please, please be wary of them.
