Management of the members #When a member wants to leave
When I was in Shincheonji, we used telegram for all reports and communication related to members new class students. Gmail and other google tools to make reports.
New students
When they get a new student they create a group chat to keep a history.One in telegram and one in another app with the new student on it.
The ones inside the telegram group chat where only the official people involved with that person comming to class: *the first teacher you meet is the BB teacher, which teach you the basic topics in a one on one class *the ones that bring you the leaf, those can be the ones that do the survey, or assign people by the teacher and supervisor
And later on,
the class teacher or supervisor , they are assigned lead during basic and intermediate classes. The ones that after class are leading the group discussion. +the class teacher
Why did I said "the official people involved"? is because everything needs to be reported to the head. So each year you report how many people you bring to the group(with the expectations of 3 as a minimum). By doing that they chose the names of who is going to be with each new student during the official class, from basic level.
Some people will have one leaf/ classmate, so that they can keep and eye with the newbies. Others will have two or even more leafs, this is sometimes because they might bring this person together or also the ones from above want to make sure this person is correctly manage or because one of the leaf is a new member and needs help.
Going back to what happened if somebody end up leaving the group.
If it was a person that just take the survey, they will contact you right away if a Bible class will open soon so you can go to BB classes/fundamental class (the one on one) if you weren't able to go to will pass to the contac list, for the numbers we can call later one. Maybe if you mention in the survey I'm going to a holiday, they may call you when you are back, or after your exams or anything according to your situation. Or they will remove your number if they think you are not suitable.
If it is about a new student that just pass one or two classes, according of how was your way to be or approach, they might keep the number to call again in maybe three months more when a new class open. Or later on when there is a big event and they want to reach a certain number of attendance. By this time, you might have a telegram group chat under your name.
If you were a student that was on basic, they will call you only if they feel you don't know about the course yet.They will contact when a new class is starting.By this time you might already have a group chat.
you can or can't get the same leaf, if you they will tell you that just like you this person have something going on. Or the lead will chose another member that is more suitable from this stage you have a group chat that will be in used until you graduate or until you leave
If you were a student from intermediate, they might or might not, is because at this stage you already been with the class for a long time, which means you had watch many of the Shincheonji members as your class mates so you know the faces of them. Saying that they might also go to the extreme to visit you on your work or school or even house, to talk and encourage you to keep going. At this stage you might already leave the group because you know who they are.
but also they could invite you and call you when and event is coming or a new class is opening so that you can be one person more in the number results
If you already were in advance and left. At this stage they are exposed, since they mention their name or who they are. They might not call you to restart, but they will if they think you are still vulnerable and can be manage(if you end up going again, they might put you with two leaf or alone or even with a new member, why the last one, well to build a strong reason to stay, or a new member and a leaf), since more of the members already know you, you might be in a blacklist for them.
but once again if they feel you can still be manage, they might visit you and encourage you to come back
If you were a new member, after graduation. It depends a lot on how you put your stament, if you end up going in silence you my get a visit so that they can know what is going, they will send the member that according to them you got a better attachment, or your team leader. If you end up in bad terms, you will became a danger for them since you know everything, so they will not contact you or contact you to give a warning to do not reveal information.
If you were a old member or higher, they will play the guilty game with your mind, you might or not bring more members so they will used that to make you stay (since this people that we bring are people you care about at is time, you could feel terrible).they will warm you to not disclose the information you know.
at this stage is really hard for members just because time matters, so technically their life was already consumed with Shincheonji. Also their culture to reach higher and study hard will already change their minds and think they are doing good and that this is the only good on this world. so is really rare to see higher level members left so if they do it would be in secret
I want to finish this by saying, all the people that leave are strong and that they really deserve their own happiness
